Designed by Verner Panton in 1968, the Flowerpot collection brings the positive vibe of the Flower Power period to your interiors. A period that broke with the traditional and embraced innovative ideas. The design of the Flowerpot pendant lamp therefore looked very futuristic for the time, a perfect reflection of Verner Panton’s avant-gardistic and visionary style.

This progressive, minimalist design allows the Flowerpot pendant lamp to fit perfectly into contemporary interiors. Thus, &Tradition reintroduced the Flowerpot pendant lamp collection in a range of new colours, high-gloss and matt lacquered finishes, to give the lamp a new look and in this way paying homage to Panton’s mindset of constant innovation.

The Flowerpot VP1 pendant lamp is not only a strong piece of design because of its unconventional shape, this pendant lamp is also designed with mathematical precision. The top shade is exactly double as big as the bottom shade to create a perfectly harmonious shape when positioned opposite each other. This reverse positioning creates the soft and pleasant light that never glares.

The Flowerpot Pendant Lamp VP1, with its 23cm diameter, is ideal on its own as lighting above a small dining table, a side table in the living room or above your bedside table in the bedroom. If you have a large dining table or a kitchen island, you can add a nice final touch to your interior with a few Flowerpot VP1 pendant lamps in a cluster or a row.

The Flowerpot VP1 pendant lamp is made of deep-drawn metal which is then lacquered. You have a wide choice of fresh glossy colours, glossy metallic and some matt lacquered neutrals. The 3m long cable has the same colour as the lamp, the ceiling cap is always white, except for the black version it is black. An E27 of max 40 watts is recommended for the lamp, it is not included.
