Our USDA-certified organic Blue Oyster grain spawn is one of our top performers. This aggressive colonizer thrives on straw or sawdust indoors and can also be grown outdoors using straw beds or wood chips. Outdoors, Blue Oysters typically fruit prolifically in cooler weathermaking them great candidates for early spring or late fall harvests.
