The shade is placed on a round plinth, perfectly offsetting the severe corners of the foundation with a circular lampshade radiating a gentle glow. The lamps slick, simple form makes it suitable for various interior spaces, while its powerful geometric forms portray a significant masculine component.

The dimensions of the Snowball table lamp are as follows: width 10 cm and height 41 cm. The table light weighs 0.9 kg, and is provided with a transparent wire which is 170 cm in length.

The bulb required for the Snowball lamp is a G9 Halogen. Max. 60W one with a voltage of 220V – 240V ~ 50Hz. The shade is made from mouth-blown white opal glass and the body from steel and aluminium.

The Snowball is available in either metallic or white.

The Snowball lamp was designed by Trond Svendgrd who is a top gourmet chef from Norway. He has been quoted saying: As a chef you have to think about curves, forms, details, colours, tastes, consistences and contrasts in each creation.

To use this forced creativity and artificial finesse in other areas than cooking, is a great satisfaction to me. As we chefs often use to say: keep it simple, the simple is often the best.
