The Rare Weaves: Kazak collection draws inspiration from antique patterns. This collection is a nod to the history of Caucasian Armenian carpet weaving. Each rug is hand-made using the nomadic style wool warp and wept foundation of high-quality Armenian wool. The Kazak designs hail from the western region of Armenia. The collection offers rugs in various sizes, each featuring vibrant colors and bold, archetypal designs. Each rug is one-of-a-kind and made outside of Yerevan, Armenia.

Sevan II features a design inspired by tribal Caucasian rugs. Sevan II was hand-knotted in Armenian of 100% wool using our Kazak weave which has a pile height around a third of an inch. The stunning colors used in this cheerful carpet include a rich brick red, several shades of blue, light yellow, ivory, and brown. This piece measures approximately 5’10” by 7’6″ and is available for immediate delivery.
